Most of the products are made to order. Items will be shipped out within 5 days of ordering.

Any item can be customized in the shop upon request. If you need a customized item then go to the contact page and send an email. You will get a response within 24 hours.

If you have a problem with a purchase you made then go to the contacts page and send an email. I will do my best to resolve any issue you may have with your products.

If you have made a spelling error on an order you have made then please contact me as soon as possible. Since most items are made to order then I may be able to fix the mistake before it is made.

If you have ordered an item by mistake or there is a problem with your purchase then please go to the contacts page and send me an email. Most items may not be refundable due to them being made to order items. Though I do understand that things happen I will try my best to help you out.
